We aim to ensure that you spend a relaxed evening watching a spectacular show in the best possible conditions, we are re-opening with reinforced health and safety rules, in compliance with the instructions of the competent authorities listed below. New and more flexible cancellation conditions have been applied so you can prepare for your evening with peace of mind.

REDUCED SEATING CAPACITY

The number of seats at Crazy Horse Paris has been reduced and adapted to guarantee social distancing between reserved tables, in compliance with the applicable standards. Only people in the same group may be sat next to each other in the room (capped at 10 people).

For this reason, we strongly recommend that you buy your tickets in advance to make sure you can join us. You can still reserve on-site, however only if seats are available. If possible, please show your e-ticket on your smartphone for entry. You will be asked to scan your e-ticket, please set your screen brightness to maximum and zoom in on the bar code for this purpose.


If you have any symptoms which could be considered as Covid-19 (fever, coughing, sneezing, etc.) or have tested positive for Covid-19 or have been in contact with a person who has tested positive for Covid-19 in the 14 days prior to coming to Crazy Horse Paris, please cancel or defer your show.

For the safety and peace of mind of our viewers and our personnel, Crazy Horse Paris reserves the right to refuse entry to any person with symptoms which could be considered as Covid-19 or who refuses to wear a mask.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

DSocial distancing rules are enforced to allow you to enjoy the show in the best possible conditions. In accordance with the instructions of the French government and health authorities, social distancing rules will be enforced in queues inside the cabaret, in the shop, at the cloakroom and in t, and for all members of personnel. These rules are advertised with signs and floor markings.

Directional arrows will also be signed up to avoid people crossing paths with others. Our staff will accompany all viewers to their assigned seats. Drinks will only be served at tables. Please avoid moving around the cabaret building when not necessary. The show will not include an intermission.
At the end of the show, viewers will be asked to leave their seats row by row, under the instructions of dedicated staff

HEALTH AND SAFETY RULES

Health and safety rules are enforced for both your and our safety. In particular, masks are mandatory and we have reinforced our cleaning procedures.

A compliant mask (surgical or fabric) must be correctly worn (with your nose and mouth covered) when moving around the cabaret building. Viewers may only remove their masks when sat in their seats so they can enjoy their drinks and appetizers.
Viewers must put their masks back on when moving around the venue, including after the end of the show. Please avoid moving around in the theater when not necessary.

Hand sanitiser dispensers are available at several locations at Crazy Horse Paris, particularly at the entrance, in the shop, in the hall and at the exit. All viewers must clean their hands with the hand sanitiser specially provided when entering the building.Soap will also be available in the toilets for washing your hands, as well as disposable hand towels to dry your hands

We are enforcing strict cleaning rules, with reinforced standard procedures, applied more frequently, in both public areas and backstage, to ensure the safety of all. Cleaning operations are carried out more frequently, and virucides are preferred where possible, paying close attention to busy areas and shared equipment. The show hall is cleaned after each show. Contact surfaces at the reception, in the shop and in the cabaret entrance area, and the toilets, are cleaned at least 3 times per show.

REINFORCED TRAINING AND PREVENTION

All members of Crazy Horse Paris personnel have received detailed training on how to support and apply the reinforced health and safety rules, the new health protocols, social distancing rules and how to approach contact-free interaction with a viewer… while leaving Crazy Horse Paris magic intact!

In order to ensure that viewers benefit from greater flexibility, new reservation conditions are now available, including cancellations and modification free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the show date. These conditions only apply to tickets booked directly with Crazy Horse Paris, by any means (by internet on www.lecrazyhorseparis.com, by telephone, on +33 (0)1 47 23 32 32, or at the cabaret at 12 avenue George V, Paris 8th district).
